No. Retatrutide is an investigational medicine that is still in clinical trials. As of October 2026 it is not approved by the US FDA, so we do not offer it. Anything sold online as "retatrutide" is not an approved product. If you are interested in retatrutide, ask us about the approved GLP-1 options we do offer, such as tirzepatide (Mounjaro) and semaglutide (Ozempic).
